Elevators are located in the Northwest, Southwest and Southeast corners of the facility. Guests using foul language or appearing intoxicated will be ejected from the fedex small business center arena. Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing will be denied entry. FedExForum offers a wide variety of food and beverage concessions to meet just about every taste.

Pinnacle Level Executive Suites and Theater Boxes offer luxurious entertainment for your clients, prospects, friends and family. FedExForum’s unique single entry design, allows all fans to enter in grand style right from downtown’s entertainment district. Easy drop-off is available right at the door for guests with disabilities. Please see Security Procedures below for additional information regarding that. In the event that items are revealed during a search, guests must dispose of the items prior to entry.

All Events

Guests may sign out binoculars at each of the Guest Relations Centers located outside of Section 102 and Section 202. Binocular rentals will require proof of identification and a $20.00 deposit, with $10.00 being refundable upon return of the binoculars. Our opportunities provide positive fun-filled interactions, network building, and a public relations training experience like no other. FedExForum has implemented a CLEAR BAG POLICY that also limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into any event. The Memphis Grizzlies recommend only purchasing tickets for Grizzlies games and FedExForum events through the Grizzlies, FedExForum Box Office or Ticketmaster.

Located on street level, guests to FedExForum will not have to navigate stairs to enter. The Plaza Level hosts an array of concession and novelty stands. Guests may obtain First Aid items such as aspirin, antacids and band-aids from a First Aid attendant. First Aid stations are located on two different levels for guest convenience. There are escalators located on the north and south side of building. The escalators go directly between the Plaza and Terrace levels only.

Box Office

Only small personal still camera equipment with a 3 inch lens or smaller may be brought into FedExForum. Please note that for certain events cameras may not be allowed into the facility. Video, audio and professional camera and recording devices are prohibited.

It is illegal to re-sell FedExForum tickets anywhere in FedExForum or its surrounding properties. FedExForum is a smoke free facility; however smoking is permitted in designated areas outside of the arena. Leafleting, soliciting, and the unauthorized distribution (including sell) of merchandise is prohibited.

Parking rates are set based on the type of event being held at FedExForum. Our Guest Relations staff is here to ensure that all guests have a safe, quality experience at all events. • Once there, it’s just a short walk to the seating area, and just like the Plaza level, there are plenty of food and beverage options, merchandise stands, and easy access to restrooms.

These updated policies will be in effect for all events at fedexforum, including memphis grizzlies games, memphis tigers men’s basketball games, concerts and other shows. Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food – so they can focus on helping their child live. Clear bags and wallets compliant with the above will also be screened through X-Ray machines. Possible exceptions include medically necessary bags and diaper bags (child must be present). Patrons with medically necessary bags must enter through the Grand Lobby at marked doors. All bags will be inspected upon entry.Working personnel will continue to enter FedExForum through designated gates where they will be subject to the same clear bag policy and security screening.

Fans may not reproduce any film, digital, video or audio recordings of events for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Memphis Grizzlies, FedExForum and the NBA. FedExForum Gossett Motors Parking Garage offers 1,500 parking spaces in the five-level attached parking garage. There are two entrances to the garage, both on Dr. M.L. King Jr. Parking is sold on a season basis for Memphis Grizzlies games and Memphis Tigers games. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for non-basketball events at FedExForum.

The Executive Suite and Club Box Concierge is responsible for front line service to Executive Suites and Club Boxes, their guests and VIP’s for FedExForum and the Memphis Grizzlies. This role includes greeting, filling requests, and problem-solving during events.

The event drew more than 8,000 fans to FedExForum to help St. Jude advance research and treatment of life-threatening childhood diseases. Only clear bags made of plastic, vinyl or PVC no larger than 6x8x2 inches will be allowed inside FedExForum. Clear bags may not have an all-over print or decoration that prohibits full view of its contents and may contain a strap, but metal or chain straps are prohibited. Guests are also welcome to bring wallets (sized to be carried in the front or back pocket) no larger than 5×3.5 inches and one quart or smaller clear plastic storage/freezer bags.
